Are you an experienced, dedicated, and service-oriented claims advisor with an eye for detail and perfection?

In the role of experienced claims advisor at Ekerö Bilskadecenter, you will handle customer reception, phone calls, emails, guide customers through the claims process, and provide professional advice, from the initial report to the completed repair.

Plan jobs for the workshop team, ensure high quality with final inspections, and ensure that workplace and safety routines are followed.

Conduct damage inspections, prepare damage calculations according to the guidelines of insurance companies and manufacturers, and correct calculations and invoicing.

This is a central role where you are the link between our customers, insurance companies, and the workshop team, ensuring that the entire claims process is carried out correctly and with high quality.

Your profile

· Extensive professional experience in the industry and good knowledge of CABAS is a requirement.

· Good communication skills and a positive attitude with a strong sense of service.

· Experience in leading, planning, administering, and ensuring an efficient workflow.

· Resilient as you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks.

· Technical understanding and an eye for quality.

· Curious and naturally focused on opportunities and solutions.

· Open to new challenges and eager to learn new things.

· A team player who contributes to collaboration between departments across the organization to collectively find the best solution for the customer.

· Flexible and able to support other departments within the company as needed.

· Valid B driver's license.

· Computer literate.

· Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
